MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this disclaimer carefully before enrolling in our car wash membership program. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Benefits:
Our car wash membership offers various benefits, including unlimited washes, discounts, priority service, and other perks. These benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Membership Fees:
As a member, you agree to pay the specified membership fee, which will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) to the payment method provided. Changes to membership fees will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your membership if you disagree with the new fee.

Automatic Renewal:
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in these terms.

Cancellation:
To cancel your membership, please follow the cancellation procedure provided by H6 Car Studio. If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will retain access to membership benefits until the cycle ends, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining days.

Non-Transferable:
Your membership is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your membership to another person or vehicle.

Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

Termination by Company:
H6 Car Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at its sole discretion if you violate the terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability:
H6 Car Studio is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred as a result of using our car wash facilities or participating in the membership program. We recommend that you follow all safety instructions and guidelines.
